Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Team Leader located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, guide team members to achieve sales targets, and foster a client-centric culture. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the sales team, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulatory requirements. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and optimizing team performance to drive growth.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License to practice professionally. Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions. Strong Sales skills and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term client relationships. Proven leadership abilities, including team management and performance coaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients. Familiarity with the Alexandria, Egypt, real estate market is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
