Role Description The Senior Technical Office Engineer (Architecture) will oversee architectural and technical tasks to support project success. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity surveying activities. The role also involves collaborating with civil and electrical engineering teams to align designs and calculations, as well as providing technical support during project execution. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis.
Qualifications Experience in technical office from 5 to 8 years Experience in Architect from 3 to 6 years Expertise in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Strong knowledge in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering Proficiency in Quantity Surveying and cost estimation practices Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools Previous experience in architectural or construction project management roles is a plus
