Company Description Corp Rise works with companies to become investable by design, aligning financial performance, governance, and investor communication into a coherent institutional structure. We operate at the intersection of financial analysis, investor relations, and corporate transformation, supporting companies across their capital markets journey. Role Description This is not a single-function role. You will be exposed to how companies are assessed, structured, and prepared to engage with capital markets, not only through investor communication, but through building the underlying institutional logic. You will work directly with the team on active projects involving listed companies and investment-related mandates. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial performance and business models Support investor materials (presentations, briefs, Q&A) Contribute to company assessments across IR, governance, and disclosure Help structure transformation journeys using Corp Rise modules Organize and interpret company data into actionable insights Participate in client meetings as part of the team Geographic Focus The role will initially focus on projects related to the Egyptian market, including listed companies and capital market dynamics. Over time, the scope is expected to expand in line with Corp Rise’s regional growth. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and structured thinking Solid understanding of financial statements Ability to connect numbers with business context Good Excel and Power Point skills Clear and concise communication (English required) Preferred Background Finance, Economics, or Business-related fields Interest in capital markets and investor relations Important to Know This is not a routine role. It involves a steep learning curve, early exposure to real client work, and expectations for high-quality output in a fast-moving environment.
