Role Description We are seeking a Fluent English - C1 Customer Service Representative for a full-time hybrid role based in Alexandria, Egypt. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining an excellent customer experience. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality support. Remote work arrangements are possible for a portion of the schedule.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high service quality standards Strong problem-solving and communication skills in Fluent English (C1 level proficiency required) Ability to work both independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center role is a plus Can be Cairo OR Alex Residents.
