We are looking for a Sales Specialist (Outdoor) to join our Commercial – General Trade Sales team. This role focuses on managing field sales activities, strengthening relationships with key general trade customers, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies across assigned territories. Job Purpose Lead outdoor sales coverage in key general trade territories, optimize distributor performance, ensure execution of sales strategies in the field, and support the achievement of volume, revenue, and numeric distribution targets in high-priority areas. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience: • Minimum 1 years of experience in general trade outdoor sales or traditional market field sales.• Up to 3 years of experience in GT sales, including distributor coordination.
