This is what your week looks like:
Review each venture’s readiness to move forward (product, partners, compliance) Decide:
→ Do we launch now?→ Do we wait?→ Do we stop?
Align teams (Product / Growth / Partnerships) on:→ What’s blocking launch→ What must be fixed before scaling
Prioritize where time, money, and effort go across ventures Prevent distraction, duplication, or wasted execution
???? In simple terms:You make sure we don’t scale the wrong thing, at the wrong time
