What You Will Do To Drive The Energy Transition

Support recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations processes Assist with employee lifecycle topics such as contracts, data management, or payroll coordination Help ensure HR processes are transparent, compliant, and people-centric Collaborate with managers, employees, and external partners Contribute to initiatives around inclusion, development, and culture

What You Will Need On That Journey

You do not need to meet all requirements — candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.

A background or strong interest in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar First experience in HR-related topics (academic, professional, or voluntary) Empathy, discretion, and strong communication skills A structured working style and attention to detail Enjoy working with people in a collaborative environment
