We are looking for a detail-oriented German QA Specialist to join our team in Kattameya. If you have a passion for quality, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality assessments to ensure service excellence. Monitor and evaluate interactions in German to maintain high-standard delivery. Provide actionable feedback and reports to enhance team performance. Collaborate with various departments to align on quality benchmarks. What We Are Looking For fluent command of the German language. Minimum B1 level (Intermediate) for internal communication and documentation. Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA) is preferred but not mandatory if you have the right mindset. Ability to work rotational shifts within the window of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
