Role Overview:
Responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stage)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and profiles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Post jobs and manage recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Track and report recruitment metrics
