Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality standards across the organization. This role focuses on designing, documenting, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, policies, and procedures across Head Office, factories, and retail branches to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and process workflows across all business functions
- Map and analyze current processes using tools such as Visio to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure all procedures are aligned with internal standards and recognized quality frameworks
- Collaborate with departments (Retail, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) to standardize processes and ensure proper implementation
- Support the rollout and communication of new or updated SOPs across Head Office, factories, and branches
- Conduct regular audits and field visits to monitor adherence to policies and procedures
- Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain and support a centralized documentation system for all policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Provide training and guidance to employees on process adherence and quality standards
