Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and control within a dynamic retail environment. The role requires strong expertise in retail finance operations, including revenue analysis, inventory control, and margin optimization, to support business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Analyze retail sales performance, margins, and profitability across stores and product categories Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure accurate accounting of inventory, stock valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS) Partner with commercial and operations teams to support pricing strategies and promotions Develop financial models to support business decisions and expansion plans Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus) Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in finance, with strong experience in the retail industry Proven experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and reporting Strong understanding of inventory management and retail operations Experience with ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred) Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
