Job Summary:This role is responsible for ensuring growth and profitability in the Direct Corporate portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, managing renewals, monitoring market trends, analyzing performance, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships to support business success and retention.
Roles & Responsibilities:Drive new business in the Direct Corporate portfolio by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring service quality to achieve growth and profitability. Manage the renewal portfolio by tracking cycles, engaging clients, and implementing retention strategies to maintain persistent targets. Monitor market trends and competitors, analyze customer approaches, and identify opportunities to enhance market positioning and growth. Prepare and analyze production reports, align with MIS, and implement corrective actions to improve business performance. Maintain and expand a network of contacts, engaging stakeholders to understand requirements and drive business success and client retention.
Pre-requisites (Education and Professional Experience):Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, General Surgery, Internal Medicine or a related field.7 – 10 years of experience in account management or corporate sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Postgraduate studies, such as LOMA certification, are an advantage.
