Job Title: Project Manager – Client Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute the client acquisition strategy for a series of high-impact, three-day workshops.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan, manage, and drive the full process of attracting, onboarding, and securing participants for our workshops.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a clear strategy to attract qualified participants Manage the full pipeline from outreach to confirmed registrations Identify and leverage channels for client acquisition (corporate outreach, partnerships, direct marketing, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and offers Track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure targets are met
Requirements:Proven experience in project management, specifically in client acquisition for events, workshops, or training programs Strong background in marketing, sales funnels, or lead generation Ability to take ownership and drive results independently Experience working with corporate clients or professional training programs is a strong plus Excellent communication and organizational skills
