Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Alexandria with a mix of office and remote work. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales team operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded while maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include managing and training the sales team, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing top-tier customer service, and ensuring effective communication across the team. Additionally, the role involves implementing strategies to enhance team performance and achieve business goals.
Qualifications Strong Team Management and Training skills to lead and develop a successful sales team. Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to foster effective client interactions and maintain satisfaction. Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and implement strategies for improvement. Proven ability to motivate and engage team members to achieve and exceed sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not required.
