We’re looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our growing team and manage day-to-day operations of online orders through our website

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review incoming orders from the website Accurately process and manage orders on the system Print invoices, shipping labels, and order details Ensure all order data is correct (items, sizes, address, customer contact) Update order status on the system (Confirmed – Prepared – Shipped) Handle any issues or modifications before dispatch Coordinate with the Customer Service team when needed

Requirements:
Previous experience in e-commerce, operations, or fulfillment is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Based in or near New Cairo is preferred
