Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients (importers/exporters). Generate new sales leads and follow up on potential accounts. Prepare and send competitive freight quotations (Sea, Air, LCL, FCL). Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment handling. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reports. Requirements:1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics / shipping sales. Strong understanding of import/export procedures and Incoterms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude. Fluent in English and Arabic.
