Role Description- Maintain and manage all electronic and hard-copy documents.- Establish and maintain a filing system for documents, ensuring ease of retrieval.- Ensure all documents are up-to-date and correctly filed.- Ensure that all documentation complies with regulatory standards and company policies.- Perform regular audits of documentation and ensure corrective actions are implemented.- Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes and procedures.- Train staff on document control processes and procedures.- Manage the distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders.- Ensure that all distributed documents are up-to-date and accurate.- Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of all documents.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure document consistency and completeness.- Use document control software and tools to manage documents.- Stay updated on the latest document management technologies and best practices.- Provide support and assistance to project teams and other departments as needed.- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications Technical expertise in construction, project management, and site operations. Strong organizational skills, including resource management and meeting deadlines. Ability to supervise teams, ensure safety standards, and oversee compliance with specifications. Proficiency in construction documentation and reporting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field is preferred. Previous on-site project or construction management experience, particularly in diverse project types, is a strong advantage. Proficient in construction management software and tools. Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
