Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo. As a Client Associate, you will support clients by providing exceptional service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, providing updates on services, analyzing client needs, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Strong Client Services and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs Proficiency in Sales and an ability to contribute to client acquisition and retention efforts Financial acumen to support client-related financial processes and analyze data as needed Analytical Skills to assess client demands and recommend appropriate solutions Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in real estate is a plus
