Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Customer Service Representative in the WAVE 0 - English account at TP. The role involves addressing and managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include resolving issues promptly, fostering positive interactions with clients, assisting account management processes, and maintaining accuracy and professionalism during customer interactions.
Qualifications Strong Communication skills to provide clear, effective, and empathetic support Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and meet performance goals English language proficiency (verbal and written) Flexibility to work shifts as needed and adaptability to a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is a plus
