Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Payroll Specialist  for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider.

  Responsibilities: Support the preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with the team  Handle payroll for your own set group of practices  Update and maintain all employee master data in our HR software (Personio)  Answer inquiries from our colleagues regarding payroll  Assist with general telephone and written correspondence, e.
g. health insurance providers, insurance companies, and government offices  Responsible managing official reporting and certification processes.
  Participate in projects (e.
g. process optimization, introduction of employee benefits, etc.
)  You have successfully completed a commercial (business-related) studies or similar  Solid professional experience in the above mentioned tasks  Experience with Personio and DATEV (Payroll & Salary) would be considered as an advantage  You enjoy administrative and office organization tasks  You are communicative, open-minded, and service-oriented, and you work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility  Enjoy working in a team.
  Fluency in German (C1) is a must.
