Job Details

  • Provide technical support to end users across the company.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft servers and desktop environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 and other office productivity solutions.
  • Assist in the maintenance and support of business solutions under the supervision of the IT Team Leader.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex IT issues within the team when necessary.
  • Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
  • Install and update authorized software on company devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and system configurations.
