Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and gain a thorough understanding of their business, service needs, drivers, and related requirements.
• Ensure the smooth operation of shipments from start to finish by working closely with the client and staff.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries about shipment status and proactively notify clients of anticipated deviations from the transportation plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.
• Responsible for all client issues and engage relevant parties (internal or external) as needed to facilitate timely and effective resolution.
• Manage and enhance daily client interactions.
• Understand claims policies and their impact on businesses and guide clients effectively.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the industries in which clients operate.
• Actively seek and implement opportunities for continuous performance improvement, both with clients and stakeholders (internal and external).
• Always act in accordance with company values ​​and ethics.
• Perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Receive and process inquiries from potential clients by communicating with them, providing service details, and completing the necessary steps.
