Role Description Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a motivated and analytical Industrial Controlling & Reporting Intern to join our plant team in Alexandria. This role will support plant efficiency, capacity optimization, and performance management activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive productivity improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience in analyzing production performance, supporting decision-making, and contributing to operational excellence within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Support in Plant efficiency and capacity Develop productivity improvement actions for the plants, optimizing the cost/benefit ratio. Propose, by analyzing and evaluating the productivity and economic parameters, actions aimed at optimizing costs and quality of the product, in compliance with the standards of quality of the product. Interact with other functions of the plant to design and implement technical/organizational projects of improvement. Following the manager's requests, study and develop innovative productive processes in the specific area of competence. Analyze and solve problems about the standard times evaluation, connected to equipment saturation and man-machine chart. Issue the periodical KPI reporting towards local and central functions. Support in plant performance management System Give support to the activities aimed at achieving the targets at local level. Drive continuous improvement projects cooperating with Manufactory System specialists at central level.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or relevant field) Graduates of 2024 or 2025 only (Alexandria University, AAST, or similar) Alexandria residents only 0–2 years of experience in industrial engineering or related fields Excellent command of English (spoken and written) Military service status must be clearly defined (completed or exempted) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Basic knowledge of statistical software is a plus Strong analytical and data handling skills High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and within a diverse team
