I’m working on a stealth solar energy concept and looking for a strong engineer to help validate a key technical hypothesis.
This is a short, focused engagement (1–2 weeks) to build a simplified simulation model of solar energy generation under varying real-world conditions.
The goal is to get clear, directional insights quickly.
Looking for someone who:Is strong in Python (pvlib, Num Py, Pandas, Matplotlib) Has experience modeling solar irradiance, sun position, or similar physical systems Can build clean, flexible models and iterate fast Is comfortable working with approximations rather than perfect physics
Big plus:Experience with PV modeling tools (e.g. PVLib) Familiarity with shading, angle of incidence, or time-series environmental data
Context:Rapid prototyping Fast iteration, minimal overhead Potential for continued collaboration if there’s a strong fit
