Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer, based in Alexandria. The Maintenance Engineer will oversee the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment. Core responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and addressing technical issues, performing electrical and mechanical repairs, and ensuring optimal machine performance. Collaboration with teams to uphold safety and performance standards is a key part of the position.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering principles Hands-on experience with Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance processes Knowledge and practical skills in Electrical Maintenance Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in handling heavy equipment Ability to work on-site in dynamic and industrial environments Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Previous experience in the construction or heavy machinery industry is an advantage Commitment to meeting safety and operational standards
