We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer. Job overview: Lead backend architecture and development of a scalable HRIS platform covering HR, payroll, recruitment, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop backend architecture and APIs for HRIS modules- Implement secure authentication and RBAC- Integrate third-party services (Email, SMS, Whats App)- Optimize database performance- Collaborate with frontend and UI/UX teams- Ensure security and compliance standards
Required Skills:- 5+ years backend experience- Node.js / . NET / Java- REST APIs & microservices- SQL databases- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)- Docker experience.
