Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Cairo, Egypt, is for a Real Estate Salesperson. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, managing property listings, providing expert market advice, and conducting property tours. The candidate will also maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate laws and practices Proficiency in Real Property evaluation and real estate processes Strong Sales and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets Flexibility to work on-site and engage with clients in person Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is an added advantage
