This is a full-time, on-site Production / Process Engineer role based at our factory in Badr City, Cairo, Egypt. The position is responsible for setting up, configuring, and optimizing our juice / drink production lines, including Arabic gum-based, hibiscus, and baobab mixes. You will ensure smooth line operation, quality control, and continuous improvement while working hands-on with mixing, dosing, filling, and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure the juice / drink production line (mixing, dosing, filling, packaging, and line-balance)
- Ensure smooth integration of Arabic gum, hibiscus, and baobab formulations into the production line
- Monitor line performance, yield, and downtime; propose and implement improvements
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for line operation, cleaning, and maintenance
- Work with maintenance and quality teams to ensure food-grade standards, safety, and hygiene
- Support trials and new product introductions on the line (new flavors, packaging, or formulations)
- Track KPIs (output, waste, OEE) and report to factory management
