Yama Engineering Systems is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities:Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and respond to their inquiries in a professional manner. Follow up with clients regarding quotations, offers, and pending sales opportunities Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, quotations, and order status Support the sales team in tracking leads, opportunities, and customer requests
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.1-2 years of experience in Sales Administrator. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
