Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Maadi for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field services, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering technical support to clients. The role includes conducting preventive maintenance on medical equipment, ensuring optimal functionality, and providing prompt and efficient customer service to address client needs. The individual will be expected to work closely with clients to maintain and enhance operational performance.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of Operating Tables and Surgical Lights Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (preferably Odoo or similar) Proficiency in Field Service operations and the ability to execute equipment installations and repairs Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently Experience conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable and sustained equipment performance Exemplary Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and address inquiries effectively Ability to work on-site in El Maadi and adapt to dynamic working environments A technical degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills
