Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Representative based in Nasr City. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer support. The representative will communicate effectively with clients, handle customer complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact to resolution, while maintaining detailed records of interactions.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support Strong grasp of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and Complaint Resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Ability to handle inquiries and effectively manage relationships with clients Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
