About the Role:We are seeking a highly presentable Administrative Assistant to rovide professional administrative support and ensure smoot ay-to-day operations. You will assist management and tean with coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication, contributing directly to organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and official documents.- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally.- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, and follow up with team members.- Support internal workflows, office operations, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.- Maintain accurate records, databases, and basic reporting.- Act as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.- Highly presentable with excellent professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and task management software.- High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion in handling sensitive information.- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
