Company Description CCS Client Care Solutions is a premier outsourced operations center specializing in airline and B2B ticketing consolidators, delivering outstanding customer support across various channels.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Ticketing Agent based in Egypt. The Senior Ticketing Agent will handle B2B ticketing operations (issue, reissue, refund) using Amadeus GDS & airline portals Usage of additional GDS will be a plus.

Qualifications Proficiency in Ticketing operation (issue, reissue, refund). Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure with full attention. Very good in English. Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing operations.
