Role Overview
Tawantech is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our offshoring team in Cairo. The role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making for regional and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with offshore stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely financial delivery.

Requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CPA/ACCA is a plus).
  • 8-12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • Experience in offshoring or multinational environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
