Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Sales Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on maintaining quality standards, ensuring smooth sales operations, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards across all training and sales activities. Listen to and review calls from the sales team to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate daily activities of the sales team, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. Analyze sales data and generate regular performance reports. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements for efficiency and quality. Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team and management. Support training initiatives by ensuring materials and processes meet quality standards.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.2+ years of experience in quality assurance, sales coordination, or related roles. Experience in call monitoring or reviewing sales/customer interactions is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
