Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 4–5 years of experience and a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and sourcing top-tier talent for construction-related roles. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for construction roles (e.g., engineers, site managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, etc.) Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and workforce planning Source candidates through various channels including job boards, networking, headhunting, and referrals Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations between clients and candidates Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the construction sector Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to clients Maintain accurate records using ATS/CRM systems Achieve individual and team recruitment targets and KPIsRequirements4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering sector Strong understanding of construction roles, terminology, and project environments Proven track record of successful placements and client management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong sourcing and headhunting skills Familiarity with recruitment tools, Linked In, and ATS systems
