Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Sales Manager at Chubb. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational objectives, manage and train the sales team, and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management Experience in Market Research, Business Development, and Prospecting techniques Proficiency in Leadership, Team Management, and Training of sales professionals Strong Communication and Interpersonal Abilities Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Familiarity with the insurance industry is advantageous Proficiency in relevant tools and software for sales tracking and reporting Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are beneficial
