Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant specializing in real estate. The role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will provide expert consultation services to clients, assist them in navigating the real estate market, and help them make informed decisions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering premium customer service, conducting property assessments, providing market insights, and meeting sales targets through effective negotiation and communication techniques.

Qualifications

Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of the real estate market and industry dynamics Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationships Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in property consulting or real estate sales is highly advantageous Fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a results-driven environment
