Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Quality Assurance Compliance Manager. The role involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing quality assurance processes, and conducting regular quality audits. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality management systems, developing and enforcing compliance policies, and supporting internal teams to meet performance and compliance standards. The candidate will also be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and the development of compliance policies. Strong skills in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and the ability to monitor process improvements. Experience in Quality Auditing to assess and ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Knowledge of Quality Management processes, including the implementation and oversight of quality management systems. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills necessary for managing quality-related challenges. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, quality management, or a related discipline. Previous experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably with a background in U. S. companies or standards.
