Helmy Farms is looking for a Feed Innovation Scientist to build what Egypt’s livestock sector is missing: proven, natural feed formulations using locally-sourced ingredients that actually work biologically and economically.
What you’ll work on:
∙ Researching and validating locally-available feed ingredients against nutritional, safety, and cost criteria ∙ Developing and field-testing natural feed formulations for poultry, cattle, and sheep ∙ Building repeatable, evidence-based feed protocols that reduce dependency on imported commodities ∙ Translating lab findings into scalable formulas across a contract farming network
Who we’re looking for:
A rigorous thinker with a strong foundation in animal nutrition or feed chemistry. Someone who can take an underutilized local ingredient and determine, with precision, whether it belongs in a feed ration and at what level. You don’t guess. You test. You prove. Experience working with Egyptian agricultural inputs is a strong advantage.
