Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Property Consultant at Nawy. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients in their property search journey by understanding their needs, providing insights into property options, and ensuring a smooth buying, selling, or renting process. Key tasks include conducting property tours, advising clients on investment opportunities, and maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market and trends.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals Knowledge of the real estate market and understanding of property laws and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities Previous experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
