Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing outstanding customer service. Day-to-day duties include conducting property tours, negotiating sales or rental agreements, evaluating market trends, and maintaining updated knowledge of real estate laws and best practices. The role involves fostering strong relationships with clients and delivering comprehensive, personalized guidance throughout the entire property transaction process.
Qualifications A valid Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Experience in Real Estate, Real Property transactions, and Sales Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client-centric communication and problem-solving Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to build professional relationships Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment Proficiency in leveraging real estate tools and technology to support client needs Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage
