Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Engineer located in Egypt. The Pre-Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, creating tailored demonstrations, preparing technical presentations, assisting in the design of solutions, and ensuring smooth communication between technical and sales teams. The role requires a combination of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills for client engagement and support.
Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in OT/ Cybersecurity Sales. Proven ability in providing Technical Support to address client requirements Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building effective client relationships Flexibility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Familiarity with OT/ICS environments and systems is a plus Proficiency in presentation tools and the ability to create compelling technical proposals
