This is an 8-month contract-based program offering hands-on experience, structured learning, and continuous mentorship to help you develop core skills in sales, client relationship management, and financial advisory.
Job Description:Participate in a structured graduate program designed to develop sales, client relationship, and financial advisory skills. Identify and approach potential clients through referrals, personal networks, and company-generated leads. Assist in scheduling and conducting client meetings to understand their financial protection and insurance needs. Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs under the guidance of senior team members. Learn how to present and explain AXA’s insurance, savings, and retirement solutions to clients. Identify potential cross-selling opportunities across Life, Health, and General insurance products. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Ensure compliance with AXA policies, underwriting requirements, and regulatory standards. Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to develop product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in team meetings and development activities. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Fresh graduates. Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Fluency in English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, result-driven, and eager to learn. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
