Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for an Employee Engagement Specialist. The Employee Engagement Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. Daily tasks include organizing employee events, conducting surveys to gather feedback, administering programs to improve employee satisfaction, and facilitating communication between teams and management. The role also involves support for employee development and recognition programs to enhance motivation and productivity.
Qualifications Experience in employee engagement, employee communication, and event coordination Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building and conflict resolution Proficiency in organizational tools and technologies, as well as a focus on collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze feedback and implement improvement plans effectively Experience in human resources or organizational development is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
