Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service (Chat) role located in Qesm El Maadi. The position involves handling customer queries and providing top-notch support via chat. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining a high standard of communication, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires delivering excellent support while adhering to the company’s quality standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English communication, including verbal and written skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer concerns and inquiries Experience or knowledge in English teaching and training methodologies is a plus Familiarity with translation or language support tools is beneficial Ability to multitask, adapt to dynamic situations, and demonstrate problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
