Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, developing marketing strategies, delivering product presentations and training, managing sales targets, building client relationships, and responding to customer needs. The specialist will also collaborate with the team to grow market share and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Ability to deliver product Training and engage teams or clients in a professional manner. Proficiency in market research and developing marketing strategies is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with others. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the construction or engineering industry is advantageous but not required.
