Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Alexandria – On-site Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute integrated digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in brand building, content strategy, social media management, analytics, and performance marketing with hands-on media buying expertise. This role requires both strategic thinking and executional excellence to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Build full-funnel strategies (Awareness – Consideration – Conversion). Define target audience personas and customer journeys. Social Media & Content Marketing Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars. Manage and grow social media presence across platforms. Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency. Monitor engagement and community management performance. Performance Marketing & Media Buying Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and other platforms. Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation. Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently. SEO & Website Optimization Oversee on-page SEO best practices. Improve landing page performance and conversion rates. Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.

Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs and campaign performance using GA4 and reporting dashboards. Generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Present performance reports to management. Requirements3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and branding. Proven hands-on experience in Media Buying (Meta & Google Ads). Experience in SEO fundamentals and website optimization. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
