  • Owning and governing the full product costing framework across all manufacturing lines and SKUs.
  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of standard costs, cost build-ups, and overhead allocation methods.
  • Leading periodic standard cost reviews aligned with actual manufacturing performance.
  • Performing detailed variance analysis (materials, labor, overheads, yield, scrap, rework) and driving corrective actions.
  • Providing margin analysis and cost insights to support pricing, tenders, and commercial decisions.
  • Partnering with FP&A on margin forecasting, scenario analysis, and profitability planning.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory valuation and COGS in compliance with IFRS.
  • Supporting internal and external audits related to inventory and manufacturing costs.
  • Governing costing-related master data (BOMs, routings, cost centers, overhead drivers).
  • Ensuring ERP costing configuration reflects operational reality and improving automation of costing processes.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the costing team.
  • Acting as Finance’s key partner to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions.
