Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective material and service acquisition.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive tender bids and budget proposals.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of material costs, labor rates, and industry trends, integrating this data into estimation models.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project costs, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project managers and senior leadership, outlining cost breakdowns and financial projections.
• Drive continuous improvement in estimation methodologies and procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
